Companies in the US with foreign-born employees are urgently needed next week to voice their support for legislation that would allow the re-issue of unused work visas for foreign professionals.
The U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate are currently in conference on a budget reconciliation bill that would include a proposal to release 30,000 H-1B visas per year for at least five years from a pool of unused visas dating back to 1991.
This is a great chance to boost the H-1B situation !
